The house is a fully furnished duplex with two balconies overlooking the sea. It has four rooms and a [REDACTED] here with my cat and I’m looking to share one of the rooms. The apartment is fully equipped, so you can simply bring your personal belongings and move in comfortably. I’m currently working from home, so I truly value a calm, clean, and comfortable atmosphere. I’m seeking a responsible and emotionally mature person who appreciates a peaceful home environment. It’s important to me that my roommate is genuinely pet-friendly (I’m a cat mom, another pet not gonna be allowed), a non-smoker, and naturally tidy and organized. I prefer a home with limited guests and no frequent parties — more of a quiet sanctuary than a social hub. The location is very convenient. The seaside and the bus stop are both just a 2–3 minute walk away. There are public buses running toward Sarıyer, Beşiktaş, and Karaköy, as well as shared taxis and a nearby taxi stand. The coastal metro connection (with transfers to Zincirlikuyu, Nispetiye, and Levent) is about a 15–20 minute walk, or 5–8 minutes by car to the metrobus. Street parking is available.
