Room for rent near the World Equestrian Center in Ocala (ALL BILLS PAID!!!) about 10-15 minutes from downtown, also near Dunnellon. $675/month. I reside in a wooded area where you can’t see the neighbors, but you can certainly walk to them. It’s really pretty. The room is furnished with a queen bed, armoire, and two bookshelves. The room has new floors and ceiling fan. You will have your own window unit and new blinds (not pictured-need to install). You will also have access to shared kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry, and outdoor areas (porch, shed, parking). You will be sharing a bathroom with my other roommate. He is male, 56, and has two super sweet dogs. He is very clean. I will be your other roommate. I am female, 52, no pets. I am LGBTQIA+ and 420 friendly. Let me know if you have any questions!
