Hello we will be having a room [REDACTED] with my boyfriend and [REDACTED] pretty lowkey lives mostly staying at home, watching shows/movies and playing video games. Your bathroom would be right next to your room door but it is technically the guest bathroom of the house (we only say this so you know ahead of time and an extra fyi we have our own private bathroom so we would not be using yours). To be transparent, you would be taking over our old roommates lease position so you would still have to go through the application process they do here which includes a credit check, income check and background check. Which also requires at the minimum a $200 fee (which includes the application fee itself plus deposit fee based on credit).
