Quiet neighborhood ~~ I am a professional and artistic single female with one bedroom for rent in my three bedroom townhouse located in Newbury Park. I am sober and keep a conscious and non-toxic home environment, love running, reading, hiking, dancing, and EDM. I am looking for one single roommate, either male or female, who is kind, respectful, and lives with integrity. I’d love to enjoy an occasional coffee date or hike together, and be friends while we share a home. I have two cats and one small dog, and will have an occasional overnight guest once a month or every other month. The room will come unfurnished with the exception of the shelves it you would like to keep them, the full bathroom is shared, and the half bathroom is all yours. The third bedroom is an office and guest space also available to your use or occasional guest use.
First come first served street parking is available, and occasionally the garage spot it 1 am gone or we arrange a parking agreement.
I work full time during the week, and have a pet sitter during times which I travel. I keep the home clean, tidy, and secure, and expect you to do the same. I have lived in this home for 8 years and my previous roommates have all been amazing. I strive to keep an uplifting space and prioritize respect for one another in the home we share.
