ISO Female Roommate in Old Town

Hi guys! I’m looking for a female roommate to take over my extra room in Scottsdale very close to Old Town between March 1st and 7th. Still message me if dates don’t align, I can be flexible! Rent is $750 and all utilities ate about $200. 2bed 1 bath apartment. Looking for someone to commit to at least the end of the current lease in April 2027. No pets and no smoking. Complex comes with 2 gyms, 4 pools, pet washing center, fun leasing office parties, pickleball courts, basketball courts, and right off the golf course with great walking paths! The house is fully furnished except for the room. Looking for someone to commit until the end of lease which is in a year. I’m super easy going and can do tours this week!
I have lived here for a couple years and I work from home, but I’m gone most evenings. I am 27yo and prefer someone around that same age. I love brunches, going out, sports, hiking, etc. House is fully furnished and I’m still friends with some past roommates so I have people who can vouch for me 🙂 Lmk if you are interesting please!!
