Hey all. I'm m looking for another dude to help split rent starting this May. Rent is $ a month paid directly to the landlord. Utilities are in my name, water is in the landlord's name. Any questions please reach out to me I have one open room but if y'all are willing to share a room that can be discussed with the landlord, he's pretty chill. Any questions please reach out to me, I do have a roommate agreement form to help keep communication clear and open. But yeah, please reach out with questions. I like cheap tubi movies, computer games, and board games. I workout every week, go fishing in the summertime, and go to mass every Sunday. Idk there's no prompt when writing this. It's a duplex not a house.
