Hello! I'm looking for another female roommate. 1 room (furnished or not, your choice), an office/storage room, and a garage space. Move in date can be anytime from March th - April th. The lease starts May 1st. It's just me in the house so there is plenty of space.

I work full time, am clean and respectful, and looking for someone similar.

I have an old dog, she sleeps all day and keeps to herself. I'd prefer not to introduce another animal into the home.

The property management company is requiring a $ application fee and a $ security deposit
