Hello! We’re 2 ladies living in the Berkley neighborhood near Regis and we’re searching for a third roommate. The lease ends March st but move in date is flexible.
The house is bath. It’s located minutes from downtown Denver, minutes from DIA depending on traffic, minutes from Golden, and 5 minutes from Westminster light rail station.
No Pets ☹️
💸 Rent is $ not including utilities, which tend to be between $.
No smoking 🚭 unless it’s outside!
We both work a lot with different ever changing schedules but like to hang out when we can. Occasionally we’ll do movie nights together and sometimes host little get togethers.
An ideal candidate would be someone who appreciates a clean home, communication, can go with the flow, appreciates the occasional get together with friends and loves Jesus.
