I have one room for rent for one person only. The bathroom will be your private bathroom but it is the house guest bathroom if there are people over which is rarely. Utilities will be split, this will include gas, electricity, and water. Internet is included in rent, use of the whole house minus primary bedroom is included.
No pets please (caged pet like a rabbit or mouse is ok). Very nice location, quiet neighborhood, no package stealing or break-ins. No deposit. We are a couple in our early s. . We have a rather quiet household. There is also extra storage space in our garage and we have a queen bed frame and nightstands to borrow if you would like. Nice house with alarm system and cameras. No deposit.
