I’m a year old working professional. I’m pretty easygoing, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. I value having my own downtime but also enjoy being social. I’m into surfing, the beach, working out, music, and getting out and doing stuff on the weekends.

I’m looking to stay around the $ range (or less) somewhere in Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, or Irvine.
