Looking for 2 separate roommates

We (yo) currently have a person lease on rd Avenue through Campus Connections. We are renewing our lease and looking for two more roommates, as two of our current crop will be leaving. We have a spacious backyard and deck and are looking for two separate people to fill the remaining two spots for next year. Rent is $ per person per month ($ total), utilities approx $ish a month, trash $ trimonthly, and wifi $ a month. We currently have one car but space for a second and street parking as well. We have three bathrooms all with showers (one of which is in one of the bedrooms). We have a fully furnished kitchen and in house washer-dryer. We live in the University Park neighborhood .4 miles from campus, and also close to both grocery and convenience stores. Our current lease term runs through July.
