Available March 1st Private Bedroom for rent in a bathroom, 2 living room house. Absolutely NO smoking in the house. If you smoke outside your butts need to go into a receptacle that you maintain. House is in a family neighborhood so please No loud screaming music, etc. Roommates are the owner (s) and his girl friend (s) and one other gentlemen ( dogs, a 7 yro Boxer, 6 yro Alaskan Klee Kai, and a 3 yro Australian cattle dog. We expect you to be tidy and clean up after yourself.

Rent is due the 1st of the month (cash or check). Can take Cash App but then must be sent 2 business days before due or a late fee will be applied. A late fee of $/day will apply.
