Utilities and high speed wireless are included. the room faces the front yard and gets afternoon sun. The well-equipped kitchen features microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator and glass top electric cooking. All pots, pans, china, glassware, silverware and cookware are furnished for your use and shared by all. The living room and dining area are on the main level, and owner uses former dining room as a sewing studio. The living room has a wall mounted TV with Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, Peacock and AppleTV. There are board games and cards, backgammon and dominoes.
