I work as a surf coach and have been coaching for several years, and I also drive with Lyft and Uber. This means I have steady, ongoing income and will be fully employed as soon as I move to Oceanside.

I am relocating to be closer to my child, who lives in California, and need a safe, comfortable place to call home. I am neat, respectful, and will take good care of the apartment.
