Hi, I’m Kristine! I’m a healthcare professional with many years of experience, and I work overnight 12-hour shifts at a hospital. Because of my schedule, the home stays very quiet during the day (my sleep hours are typically 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.), so I’m looking for someone who respects quiet time and keeps a peaceful environment.The home is located in a safe, quiet area in Rogersville, TN. It’s clean, comfortable, and fully furnished. I have two rooms available:• Master Bedroom – Fully furnished with a queen bed, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and private half bath.• Queen Bedroom – Semi-furnished with queen bed, dresser, closet space, and TV.The house has a large kitchen, shared living room, in-unit laundry, and Wi-Fi included. There are several pets in the home. They have their own separate area when I’m not home, but they do come inside when I am. They are well cared for and part of the household, so you must be comfortable with animals.About me: I’m responsible, respectful, clean, and pretty laid back. On my days off I enjoy relaxing, spending time with my pets, doing artwork, or watching movies. I don’t party and keep a calm home environment.What I’m looking for: Someone stable, employed, honest, clean, and drama-free. No parties, no drugs, no excessive alcohol. Overnight guests would need to be discussed in advance.
