Basement room near downtown

A basement room with its own bathroom. You would have the basement room separated by a privacy curtain between the stairs going up and the room. Laundry is basement level and shared as well as storage aspect is shared so i can still get to my laundry room and be able to maintain the house. There is a carport which i use as an outdoor covered gym and dart board. 1/2 court with basketball and trampoline. Kitchen will be shared as well but the individual renting has their own refrigerator in the storage aspect of the basement. Can come fully furnished or partially. I do have two Boston terriers and a small corgi that are not always great with staying quiet if someone comes to the door. Access to the basement is from the front or back door on the main level.
