Room for Rent

Private bedroom available in a clean, relaxed home. The room will be completely empty at move in so you can make it your own. You’ll share a bathroom with one other roommate.

There are currently two females living in the home including myself. I’m a nurse and work long hours, and the other roommate is out early Monday–Friday and mostly keeps to herself. My boyfriend stays occasionally.

You’ll have full access to the kitchen, living room, backyard, and garage (laundry room, pool table, and cold plunge included). There’s also a half bathroom downstairs for guests.

Street parking available.

Rent is $/month, which includes utilities (electric, water, gas, and internet).

I do have three animals, so unfortunately we are not able to add more pets to the home.
