My name is Matt and I'm looking for a room in the area. I have lived here off and on for several years and have decided to stay for good.

a professional pharmacy technician and am returning to that role in Savannah after visiting with family up north for a bit.

I'm single, don't smoke, no pets or children.

I can show proof of income, statement, work history, and can link to a zillow background check.

Interested in long or short term right now, depending on arrangement.

I prefer a clean place and non smoking, but don't mind as long as everyone is courteous.
