"Hello! I'm Regina, and I'm excited to welcome you into my cozy three-bedroom home. My little house has a lovely backyard perfect for relaxation and fresh air. Your room will be equipped queen size bed, dresser,( desk if needed)WiFi and TV for your comfort and convenience. You'll also have access to the washer and dryer, kitchen, and backyard, where you can unwind after a long day. On/off street parking is readily available. My home is conveniently located just 2 miles from San Diego State University and 8 miles from Grossmont College,3 miles to downtown La Mesa where they have fantastic bars and restaurants. It’s an ideal spot for students. Please note that I have small dogs, so you must be dog-friendly. With that being said I can not have a tenant with an animal. Additionally, my home is a non-smoking environment, and I kindly request that you maintain a neat and clean lifestyle.
