Private bedroom and private bathroom available in a clean, quiet, and well-maintained house.

Utilities are included (water, electricity, gas, internet). The home features a shared kitchen, living room, laundry, and a pool available for reasonable use.

We are a married gay couple, working professionals, living with two friendly cats. In our downtime we enjoy board games and video games, but we also value personal space and a peaceful home.

This is not a party house. We’re looking for a male roommate who is responsible, clean, and respectful, and who is comfortable in an LGBTQ+ household.

Open to discussing a shared cleaning service and splitting the cost. Background check, security deposit, and roommate agreement required.
