Private room available in a clean, well-kept apartment. Shared spaces are respected and kept very tidy at all times.

The household includes four total roommates: a respectful couple who rent, my girlfriend who also rents, and myself. Everyone is considerate, communicative, and maintains a calm, low-drama environment.

There are three cats in the home,
they are very friendly, calm, and well-behaved. Despite having pets, the apartment is kept very clean and organized.

Looking for a responsible, respectful roommate (working professional or grad student preferred) who values cleanliness and a peaceful living space.

Rent is $ per week. $ security deposit (2 weeks) required. Background check and proof of income required. Month-to-month with days’ notice.
