Currently trying to rent a room in a rent a home style. there is no moving in fee Currently, only rent

Total rooms 4.

The the total is split between roomates
4 people = $ monthly
3 people = $ monthly
2 people = $ monthly

Witch includes utilities as well.

Currently there are 3 residents living here, Me, and a Couple occupying 1 room

So moving in right now is $ a month

-A dedicated woman's bathroom
-A spacous kitchen with dishwasher
-dinning room
-living room with a large L couch
-a pool in backyard
-side yard
-laundry room with a washer and dryer
-a driveway with space for 3 cars

Rooms are customizable, paint as you will with landlords approval of color, (she's very flexible on colors) and you may hang up and mount shelves n TVs as long you patch the holes before u move out

If your someone who needs visiting rights to your children that is aloud, they are welcome to visit as long you clean up after them

Most of all the house is under a rental agreement 🤝
