Looking for a roommate!

Hi my name is Hannah and I’ve been in Knoxville a little over a year!

My roommate left and I’m looking for a new 1 to join me!

This is a bath house with one bathroom in the master (my room) and the other would be completely yours and I’d take all that stuff out

There is a 3rd bedroom which right now has my cats stuff and random things but those can be moved!

My cat is very sweet but has not been around other animals before so I’m not sure how she’d act

There is a washer and dryer and fenced in back yard!

We are in charge of the yard so once summer comes I normally cut the grass every other week (alternating who’s turn it is) I already have all the yard equipment which is kept in the garage.

If you have stuff you want to keep but don’t have room there is also a basement

The house is mins from both UTK and market square and 5 mins from south college

Rent is $ and utilities would be split down the middle

I am a very tidy person and looking for someone who also is and I also love having people over for game nights or grilling out

I need someone by April 1st but can move in anytime before that it’s just me in the house right now
