I'm looking for a roommate! Move-in date would be mid march to beginning of april. I live in the Fountain Villas in Rockledge. You would be getting the master bedroom and the cost will usually be around ~$ (this includes half of everything like rent and utilities, plus for getting the master bedroom). The public areas of the apartment are already furnished (willing to make changes if it is not to your liking.) The room itself is not furnished.
I would prefer no pets (might make exception if they are clean, quiet, and don't cause odor) or children. No smoking. Must be lgbtq+ friendly. Must be CLEAN.
