Looking for a mature/professional roommate (thirtyfive or older, non-smoker), to share my townhome in Tempe near Baseline & the one-oh-one fwy. You will have your own bathroom and two bedrooms. Each room has a large closet with sliding mirrored doors, and tiled floors that look like wood, and have been freshly painted. This roommate opportunity is only for ONE person, NO couples.
includes all utilities, internet, washer & dryer, access to large community pool and tennis courts & 1 covered carport space. (Great FWY access - from the carport, you're on the one-oh-one in sixty seconds, and on the sixty at McClintock in less than two minutes!) one months' rent deposit (refundable) is also required, but can be paid in installments over the course of six months.
Available March 1st. (or as early as mid-Feb. if preferred w/prorated pmt)
A small dog could be a possibility, for an extra fee, but a cat is a deal breaker, sorry.
