I’m Christian, -year-old Frenchman currently living in Portugal. I want to move to Greece and rent my home there.
I will be in Greece from January th to visit the properties you would like to offer me.
Here are my essential criteria:
- Apartment on a high floor or single-story house
- Available quickly
- Less than two hours from Athens airport (no ferry), but not in Athens or its immediate suburbs.
- Not on an island, except Euboea near Chalkida
- Sea view
- Quiet and private, but not too isolated
- (or three) bedrooms
- Fully furnished and equipped (kitchen, air conditioning)
- If the property is located in a densely populated area, parking available
