Looking for a roommate to share a lovely 1 story home in Meadow Pointe 1, near County line and Bruce B Downs in Wesley Chapel. Owner is a mature woman that works from home and is looking for a compatible housemate that is not a Trump supporter. Owner has cat and 2 dogs looking for renter without pets. Non-smoker, I am flexible re male/female, LGBTQ is fine. Location is close to shopping, restaurants and Hospitals.
Utilities, Wifi, and Cable TV included. There is one bedroom and a second room for an office or Den. There are closets in both rooms. The house backs up to a park and pond. Use of laundry and kitchen will be shared. Pool and other recreational facilities available at clubhouse and may be used by tenant. Additional furniture for the rooms will be purchased if needed, if renter does not have any. $ Deposit and first months rent required at lease signing. I have a house cleaner that does the heavy cleaning every two weeks.
