Single room in charming Park Circle

The space: Room is about 11'x10', unfurnished with a small closet. Room is pictured with my desk and some belongings, but all will be gone before move in date, unless you would like to use the desk. Central heat and AC. Wifi included, electric and utilities separate. Turntable with HiFi and eclectic vinyl and cassette collections. Comfy couch and large coffee table. Galley style kitchen with new appliances, portable dishwasher, and laundry. Me: A 35 yr old, single, non-binary artist and content creator. Friendly, easy going, respectful, quiet (but down for the occasional record party.) Primarily works from home, [REDACTED] as a Twitch streamer, so expect me to be talking at my computer several times a week. A bit of a night owl. You: Laid back and friendly. Pays rent and bills on time and without having to be reminded. Enjoys music and video games or is at least accepting of someone who does. Also friendly, easy going, and generally clean and quiet is a major plus. If you're a nerd, it is also a big plus!
