Room with private bathroom to rent

Hey there, I have a spare room available for rent. It's on the ground level. It is unfurnished, and carpeted. Has it's own private bathroom and your own entry to the room/bathroom. The apartment is in a nice, quiet, neighborhood and it is a gated community.
The rent includes all utilities. If you want a private covered parking spot, its $/month or you can choose to park in the open uncovered spots.
I also require rental history and/or references.
I'd prefer a non-smoker. And someone who is responsible, clean and picks up after themselves. *PS: Just moved to ABQ so I'm yet to furnish the rest of the common areas.
