• Bathroom includes accessibility features from Arlo units

• Safe, quiet community

About Us:

• Non-smokers

• Wife is a registered IHSS caregiver for her husband

• Willing to take on additional IHSS hours if a potential roommate needs caregiver services (optional)

House Rules & Preferences:

• No smoking no excessive drinking

• Pets may be considered with additional fees

• Clean, responsible, and respectful individual preferred

• Single person only

• Stable income

• Long-term preferred
