Hi there! I have a cozy, comfortable room available in a peaceful 4BR/3B home, with a shared bathroom just down the hall. I’m pretty easygoing and truly value keeping our home clean, calm, and relaxing, it’s important to me that it feels like a place to unwind at the end of the day. I’m ideally looking for a student or working professional who also appreciates a tidy, quiet environment, and we would prefer a female housemate if possible. The room is for one person only, so we’re not able to accommodate couples or additional pets, and I sincerely appreciate your understanding. Rent includes utilities, parking is on the street, and this is a smoke-free and vape-free home. The room is available now. You’d be sharing the home with a wonderful music teacher, my 21-year-old daughter, and myself. We’re all quite busy and spend much of our time out. The house is nice and quiet.
