Looking for roommate!!

Hi! We’re looking for a subletter (and potential rommie!) for a room in our gorgeous Somerville penthouse apartment overlooking Boston 🌇 If all goes well, there’s an option to sign onto the lease in September .

The apartment is a furnished -bedroom, 1-bath (the extra room is currently used for storage). One of our roommates is moving out because their cat doesn’t get along with mine - they moved in last September, and unfortunately it just hasn’t been a good fit. The room has a wall of spacious bay windows and a deep closet.

The place overlooks Boston and is in an amazing location—close to the Orange and Green T lines and bus stops. Tons of natural light, spacious windows, and a glass shower curtain.
