Home is clean and quiet.- $ per month (Utilities Included)- bathroom single family house- Gated pool, lounge area, restroom areas- 2 car Garage & lots for parking- Neighborhood is quite clean landscaped daily.- Just a walk to the hiking tralls, bike trails, Deems hill park, dog parks, fields, ect-5 minutes from main Peoria ccv campus, and Peoria's Lifetime fitness.I am out of the house between school (nursing student), work (own a beauty business and weekend activities, so the house is quiet most of the time.I am pretty introverted at home, and extroverted at work so it is my haven to relax at home.
