Single bedroom available for rent in private home starting Feb. 1st. You MUST have good references, first month rent and security. NO EXCEPTIONS please! If interested in a showing, please reach out with a short description of yourself, income source and current housing situation. This is a month-to-month lease.

-Rent: Includes everything (Gas, Electric, Water, and High-Speed WiFi).

-The Space: Shared kitchen, dining area, and bathroom.

-Terms: Month-to-month lease. First month + Security required (no exceptions).

-House Rules: Non-smoker, no pets, one car only. We keep things tidy with a simple bathroom cleaning rotation once every 5 weeks.

-The Location: Super convenient for commuters! 5 mins to I- mins to the bus. If you’re a student or faculty, I’m about mins from Bay Path, Springfield College, WNEU, and AIC.
