Urgent Move by February

Hello! My name is Eli, I’m a student at Fullerton looking for a room to rent for around $1k/month with my best friend. Ideally we would like to share the room as we’ve been roommates for the past year and it’s been working out great for us! We just need to move spaces. We’re both female at birth but looking for an LGBT+ friendly space.

I’m , an Arts & Human Expression major also studying business administration. I work full time as a special needs classroom aide, hours a week.

My best friend is and has been on disability due to a car accident. They go back to work in the next 2 weeks, also working full time.

I do have one small female dog (lbs) who is very timid and trained, and a very friendly sweet female kitty. They are both up to date, flea treated, potty trained, and non-aggressive.

We’re looking for a new room to rent due to our living situation being too hectic. We’re really chill people who just want to go to work, then come home and decompress. We have a deadline of being moved out by February. Our budget is around k per month. We have a car, so ideally we would like to have a space to park. It doesn’t have to be the garage, but we aren’t very good at parallel parking lol.
