Hello,

I bought a house last year, and I'm looking for a roommate. I usually look for students, undergrad or grad, just because parents tend to always pay the bills on time. Haha. The house is very large, I am only looking for one roommate, someone that can be respectful and not try and make it a party house, that doesn't mean no noise or anything, it's just I don’t want it to turn into your friend's hangout spot all the time. I have 2 very friendly dogs.

The price is $ of utilities. Usually power is $, wifi is $ and water is $, so half is usually around $ but power during winter can get up to $ but it is usually less in the fall, so it balances out normally. I'd estimate around $ to be safe, it depends on heat and cooling preferences.

The furniture will be moved out. It is available Jan 1st for spring/summer and/or next year(fall ). Mainly looking for a month lease but will consider just spring and summer.

This is only for one person, not a family. The house has 4 true bedrooms and a bonus room, you would get 2 of the true bedrooms, but only for 1 person.
