this is a fully furnished two room apartment attached to our home. we live on the other side in a duplex kind of situation we are looking for a single professional who values privacy and quiet neighborhood living in a easy going family household. this unit has private entrance, private bathroom with stone shower, central heat and air conditioning. there is a private living room with couch and tv also a private kitchenette. we have a 5 year old small dog who is quiet and friendly but has no access to the rental unit. we will consider another small dog who can get along with ours sorry no cats on this property.
