Unfurnished Single Bedroomm

Hi! We are currently seeking someone to rent out a single unfurnished bedroom in a fully finished basement with a shared bathroom. Currently there are 3 females living here which include myself 2 other females who are , and my son. We are all very easy going and just ask that you keep common areas clean after using. This is located in Mesa Az close to both highways . Common areas that would be shared are kitchen, living room, laundry room, and of course the bathroom downstairs. We prefer another female and also no pets since there are currently 4 dogs shared between 2 of us. Must be dog friendly. They do not go downstairs since there is a gate to keep them from doing so. Room is available immediately.
