Unfurnished Single Bedroomm

Hi! We are currently seeking someone to rent out a single unfurnished bedroom in a fully finished basement with a shared bathroom. Rent is $ which includes all utilities except WiFi that is split between the 3 of us. Currently there are 3 females living here which include myself 2 other females and my son. We are all very easy going and just ask that you keep common areas clean after using. This is located in Mesa Az close to both highways . Common areas that would be shared are kitchen, living room, laundry room, and of course the bathroom downstairs. We prefer another female and also no pets since there are currently 4 dogs shared between 2 of us. Must be dog friendly. They do not go downstairs since there is a gate to keep them from doing so. Room is available immediately.
