bath townhouse in a quiet, family-friendly community. Super convenient location — about minutes from the Reitz Union, 5 minutes from Southwest Rec Center, and within walking distance to multiple RTS bus stops. Close to Butler Plaza, Publix, Celebration Pointe, and the Oaks Mall. The neighborhood is great for walking or running and has a small community pool.

The townhouse is fully furnished. The private bedroom includes some furniture (desk included), but furniture can be moved or removed as needed. Washer, dryer, and dishwasher included. Screened-in back porch and fenced backyard that backs up to woods — very peaceful (you can often hear owls at night 🦉).

I live with two friendly cats, Saffron and Sage 🐱🐱. They’re affectionate and well-behaved, though they occasionally get nighttime zoomies. I’m also planning to do some light gardening/landscaping in the backyard this spring 🌱🌷.

I’m a UF Health Education & Behavior student with long-term plans to attend PT school at UF. I’m mostly a homebody but enjoy going out with friends and usually go to the gym in the evenings. I’m a bit of a night owl but try to stay respectful and quiet. I like cooking healthy meals, keeping the house tidy, and I love plants — feel free to bring or add more! 🪴
