Looking for entire apartment

I am looking to rent an entire apartment or small home in Sarasota — not a shared space and not a room.

This is for myself and my -year-old son. We are quiet, responsible, non-smokers, and have no pets. We take very good care of the place we live in.

Rental period: February (3 months).
Washer and dryer in the unit are required.
We are ready to pay all 3 months upfront.

Preferred areas include North Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, and locations near IMG Academy or Palm Aire.
