Close to all essentials – shops, restaurants, and other conveniences.
Modern amenities and a safe, well-maintained complex.

About Me : I’m tidy and respectful of personal space. Looking for someone with similar habits for a comfortable living experience.

The rent and utilities will be split in half and are likely to come to $ per month per roommate.
