Hello everyone,

We have a private semi-furnished bedroom with a shared bathroom (right by the bedroom) in a single-family, three-story home located in Glen Burnie. The room is on the main floor of the house. Utilities included. The roommate would have access to the furnished and equipped home (kitchen, living room, deck, etc.).

Currently, there are two roommates with whom you would share the home. They are typically gone all day and are very quiet.

We are looking for a working professional. This is a quiet, professional shared living setting, so parties, large group events, excessive alcohol, drug use, or anything else that does not support a peaceful, safe living environment for everyone is not tolerated. We are looking for a roommate with verifiable income/employment and prior rental references. A credit check is required as well.

The location is perfect for busy professionals, undergraduates, and postgraduate students. The home is minutes from Arundel Mills Mall and the Maryland Live Casino, near restaurants and shops. minutes to NSA, minutes to Fort Meade, minutes to BWI, and 6 minutes to Glen Burnie MARC., minutes to Columbia Mall, minutes to UMBC, minutes to Northrop Grumman on Nursery Road, minutes from downtown Baltimore, minutes to downtown Annapolis, and minutes to Washington, DC.
