Street in front of home is always clear and never a struggle to find parking. Tenant may not have guest for more than consecutive days in a row. Tenant must report issues regarding repair. Tenant must receive written permission from landlord before hanging of blinds, curtain rods, shelving, towel rods, mirrors or televisions that mount to walls or surfaces. No smoking or vaping of any kind on this property. No production of marijuana for self use or sale of any kind on this property.
