Need A Room

Greetings Everyone. I'm Charlie, a year old professional and in need of a room and need to move ASAP. I had a place lined up, but the dates got pushed back.

I work full time ( hours, M-F, ) in Costa Mesa and rely on OCTA to get about so I'm looking for anything adjacent (Irvine, Huntington, Newport, Fountain Valley, Tustin, Costa Mesa) and can handle about $ (maybe even a little further) presently.

I'm clean, respectful, quiet and an easy going old school Gen X'er. I'm also handy to have around in terms of helping out and basic maintenance. I got skills.

Most everything is in storage and I travel with just the basics. I don't need much and just need a quick shower and a cup of coffee in the mornings.
