Private Bedroom & Bathroom for Rent – $ All Utilities Included

Private bedroom available with your own private bathroom and linen closet. Bedroom photos are coming soon. The room can comfortably fit a queen-size bed, dresser, and two nightstands, and includes a window and closet.

The bedroom opens up to the kitchen, which is standard for all condos in our building. We are actively working on ways to make the space more private.

You’ll share the living room, kitchen, dining room, and laundry room. Please note there is no pantry, so dry goods will need to be stored in your room. You will have half of the refrigerator and freezer.

The home is shared with my fiancé and me, though he will be your primary roommate. We are located in a quiet, safe neighborhood within walking distance to downtown Wildwood, and close to hiking trails, grocery stores, hiking trails, a movie theater, and more.

We have two small, friendly dogs. Pets may be considered and can be discussed.

Looking for a male roommate, ages , with a full-time job and proof of employment.

Rent: $/month

✔ Rent due on the 1st of each month
✔ First and last month’s rent required before move-in

Lease terms:
• 5-month rental agreement, then month-to-month
• Move-in date: January th
