Renting a house on the Southside of town and looking for a roommate. They will have a room in the basement while my room is upstairs. They will also have a private bathroom and living room area. Laundry and kitchen will be shared. $ include rent and utilities. You will be added to the lease and have to speak with the landlord officially before moving in but move in date is available asap.
