ROOM FOR RENT- MOVE IN ASAP

Hi everyone! looking for a female to sublease my apartment. It is a unit. I currently live in Fifteen near campus. looking to move out this month preferably. The rent is $ includes internet, sewage, and gas. There is a deposit of with a grantor or if you‘re self applying. I live with my best friends. They’re super sweet and so awesome. Very comfortable space and space to be yourself. There is laundry in the apartment. The room comes with a bed, drawers, and a desk that i requested not to have, but you can ask the front desk for it back. In the bathroom there are markings on the mirror, those have been there since I’ve moved in. They came to inspect the mirror, but so far haven’t changed it. The mirror is old so the silver is coming through the back, it is NOT sharpie or paint. Let me know if you have any further questions!!
