looking for a room/sublet

Hi, I'm a working professional in Vancouver BC looking for a room from about the th January . My budget is $ per month but can be flecible if right place found. I travel a fair bit but also need to work from home on and off. I'm a non smoker, like to cook in spare time and fairly quiet in my habits. Would prefer soemwhere in downtown vancouver but happy to consider other locations if right fit. I'm looking for soemthing for at least 6 months.
