I have a room available immediately in a bathroom apartment.

The room is spacious with a private bathroom that will not be used besides you and your guest if you bring any. Kitchen is fully stocked with all needed equipment/utensils and appliances. Living room is fully furnished with a reclining couch and a in TV with Chromecast free to use. Unit also has a full washer and dryer.

I have one small cat that doesn't do any damage. At most, she'll do is go up to you for cuddles and pets, but she keeps to herself majority of the time.

I have a lot of small kitchen appliances such as an ice machine, mixer, Ninja blender, espresso machine, etc. that is free of use.

All I ask for is a calm clean roommate that has good communication skills. Again, the room is available right now, so the earlier you can move in the better! Please message me if interested and I can send you photos of the apartment. Thank you!
