All utilities are included plus wifi snd access to washer/dryer.This is peefect for a single female or a mom with small child. May consider a single male but must be a verified professional.No petsNo couplesCan choose to pay monthly or weekly. The weekly rate is slightly higher.Perfect for working professionals, seniors or veterans.I do have a small 4 lb yorkie. No other pets allowed.Parking is questionable here so we will have to chat about how to make parking work.This is a bath home which is currently occupied by 1 mom and her year old son.This room is available for Dec 1st move in.Must complete a simple application which is free. Criminal background check which only takes minutes for complete. Must view home in person and have a sit down chat in order to be considered.Note: This is a Christian household
